🔑 Account help

  • Can't log in? Make sure you're using the same email you signed up with. Tap "Forgot password" to reset.
  • Wrong email? Email us with both the email you signed up with and the one you'd like to switch to.
  • Delete account: In-app, tap You → Delete My Account. Or email us to request deletion.

💳 Subscription help

  • Manage billing: Settings → Manage plan opens the Stripe customer portal.
  • Refund request: Email us within 7 days of a charge and we'll process a refund — no questions asked.
  • Pause subscription: Cancel to pause; your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

🐛 Bug reports

Include in your email:

  • What you did right before the bug
  • What happened vs what you expected
  • Device + OS version (e.g., Pixel 8, Android 14)
  • A screenshot or screen recording if possible

✨ Feature requests

We genuinely build from creator feedback. Email us with:

  • The problem you're trying to solve (not the solution)
  • How often you hit it
  • What you do today instead

Frequently asked support questions

I forgot my password.

Open the app → Login screen → Tap "Forgot password." Enter your email and check your inbox (and spam folder).

I'm being charged but the app says I'm on the free tier.

This usually means your email on file with Stripe doesn't match the email you signed in with. Email us — we'll fix it instantly.

Ideas keep loading slowly.

VibeSpot waits for the AI model to return ideas, which usually takes 1.5–3 seconds. If it's longer than 10s, check your connection or restart the app. Persistent issues? Email us.

I want to switch from Paid to Pro.

Settings → Manage plan → Change plan. The upgrade is prorated against your remaining balance.

Can you delete a specific saved idea but keep my account?

Yes — in the Saved tab, swipe-left on any idea to delete it. Or email us with the idea title and we'll do it.

My location is wrong in the app.

Tap the location chip at the top of Feed → enter the address you want. We honor the manual address over GPS.
